Who can rent?

Drivers 21+ with a valid driver’s license (any country) and proof of address in Tennessee

Do I need a credit card?

No. You can rent without a credit card. We accept Cash, Zelle, Debit, Credit, and Square.

Weekly or daily rentals?

We rent by the week. Renewals are weekly.

Do you have cars for delivery/ride-share apps?

Yes. We have vehicles suitable for Uber, Lyft, Amazon, DoorDash and more. For commercial/app use, weekly rates start around $200–$220; for personal use from $170 (promos may apply).

Prices, payments & deposits

When are payments due? Is there a grace period?

Payments are weekly. There’s a 48-hour grace period; after that, a $10/day late fee applies.

How does the security deposit refund work?

  • Paid with Credit Card → refunded to the same card within 7 days
  • Paid with Zelle/Cash/Debitbank transfer to your account in 30 days

What happens if I’m over 3 weeks late?

Extended non-payment can lead to contract termination and your deposit being used to cover tracking/recovery fees, penalties and admin costs. Vehicles are GPS-equipped and may be remotely disabled if the contract is breached.

Do you offer promotions?

Yes. For example, first week $150 for personal use (minimum 2-week rental). Ask if it’s active when you book.

Vehicle use & responsibility

Who is allowed to drive the vehicle?

Only the authorized driver(s) on the agreement. If someone else drives, you lose protection and are fully liable for damages.

Can I drive outside Tennessee?

Please notify us in advance if you plan to leave the state. Unnotified out-of-state travel can trigger penalties.

Do you cover maintenance?

Yes—basic maintenance is included. Damage caused by misuse/abuse is the renter’s responsibility.

Returns, cleaning & scheduling

How do I schedule maintenance?

Service is by appointment: Mon–Fri 8:30am–3:00pm; Sat 8:30am–2:00pm.

What time should I return the vehicle?

Please return before 5:00 PM on your last day (or message us early if you can’t).

Do I need to give notice before returning?

Yes—give us 7 days’ notice (especially if you’ve had the car 3+ weeks) so we can process returns smoothly.

How clean should I return the car? Will there be a fee?

Return it as clean as received. If a wash is needed, it’s deducted from your deposit:

  • No Wash (clean)$0
  • Medium (not vacuumed / visible dust) — $30
  • Premium (very dirty / odors/spills) — $50 No smoking in vehicles; odors fall under Premium.

Should I document the vehicle condition?

Yes. Take photos/videos at pickup and return to avoid misunderstandings.

What if I lose the document folder/keys?

A replacement fee applies and it may delay your refund—please keep them safe.
